Mental health has always been important. 68% of young people have said their mental health has got worse during lockdown. It really is more important than ever to look after your mental health. Do not feel pressured to work above your hours. Allow employers to work at times which suit them better. Consider excluding busy commuting times for those traveling via public transport.
4. Encourage open conversations

Avoid working from your bed in your pyjamas, try to be in as much of a routine as possible.
8. Monitor how much news you consume.
Why not try pausing your notifications or setting your phone to silent for an hour. This can help you concentrate and focus exactly on what you need to.
