Whalley Warm and Dry
Introduction
Whalley Warm & Dry partnered with us to overhaul their outdated website, creating a modern, conversion-focused platform that makes it easier for customers to book boot fittings and shop online without hassle
Challenge
The previous site was glitchy and outdated, often causing frustration for users. Although the core service was custom boot fitting, the site design didn’t reflect this — instead, it placed too much focus on the shop. SEO was another major consideration, with years of optimisation work needing to be preserved in the transition. On top of that, all customer orders, products, and booking data had to be safely migrated and synced with the live system.
Solution
We restructured the site from the ground up, putting the boot fitting service at the heart of the user journey. To support this, we used the StoryBrand framework, a structure that helps clarify messaging by focusing on the customer’s needs and positioning the business as the guide. The homepage was redesigned to make the booking journey crystal clear, while still giving the shop strong visibility. Behind the scenes, all product and booking data was safely retained, and SEO performance was protected through careful redirects and on-page optimisation. The result is a much smoother, faster, and more reliable user experience.
