Start With Your Goal

What Are You Trying to Achieve?

You don’t need to know which service to ask for. Tell us what needs to change, and we’ll help shape the right way forward.

Generate More Leads or Enquiries

You need more of the right people to discover, understand and choose your business. We’ll assess the wider journey before recommending a website, campaign, content, brand work or another route.

Launch or Reposition Our Brand

Whether you’re starting fresh or have outgrown your current identity, we’ll clarify the direction and create a brand that works consistently across digital and physical touchpoints.

Build a Website That Works Harder

If your website is unclear, dated or failing to convert, we’ll look at its messaging, structure, content, UX, SEO and development – not simply how it looks.

Explain or Promote Something Clearly

Launching a product, communicating a complex service or building awareness? We’ll identify the right mix of video, animation, photography, design and campaign content.

Deliver a Campaign or Rollout

From public campaigns to multi-site rollouts, we connect creative, digital, print, signage and production around one plan – helping every element arrive consistently and on time.

Create Consistency Across Every Touchpoint

If your website, social content, print, signage and sales materials feel disconnected, we’ll help align the message, visual identity and customer experience.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

That’s completely fine. Bring us the goal, problem or opportunity. We’ll ask the right questions, identify what matters and recommend what the project actually needs.

Everything Your Brand Needs, Connected

Some projects start with a rebrand. Others begin with a website, campaign, film, piece of print or physical space. Wherever the work starts, our teams connect the thinking and delivery so every decision strengthens the next.

Define & Design - Build the Brand

Establish what your organisation stands for, how it should look and how that identity should appear consistently wherever people encounter it.

  • Branding — define the positioning, identity and guidelines that give everything else direction.
  • Graphic Design — turn that identity into clear and consistent visual communication across different formats.

Create - Turn Ideas Into Content

Transform ideas, information and stories into engaging content people can see, understand and remember across different channels.

  • Photography — capture your people, products, places and work through original brand imagery.
  • Video Production — explain, promote and bring stories to life through professionally produced film.
  • Animation — make complex messages clearer through motion graphics, 2D and 3D animation.
  • Podcast Production — turn expertise and conversations into polished branded audio content.

Build & Produce - Make It Real

Carry the brand and content into the digital, physical and environmental spaces where customers, colleagues and communities experience it.

  • Website Design — create the digital experience that brings your message, content and commercial journey together.
  • Print — produce dependable branded materials, displays and campaign assets in-house.
  • Signage — extend the brand across buildings, vehicles, events and physical environments.
  • Audio Visual — combine technology and content within engaging screens, spaces and live experiences.

Activate & Grow - Put It to Work

Take the finished brand, content and campaign materials to the right audiences and turn stronger communication into meaningful action.

  • Marketing — build visibility, engagement and momentum across search, email, social media and campaigns.
  • Direct Mail — reach selected audiences through targeted campaigns covering data, design, print, fulfilment and delivery.

Why Media Village

One Team. Clear Advice. Joined-Up Delivery.

We start by understanding what needs to change, then bring together the right people and capabilities to make it happen.

The Right Questions Come First

You don’t need to arrive knowing which service to request. We start with the goal, audience and wider situation before recommending the creative response that makes the most sense.

Straight Answers. Clear Recommendations.

We explain what we believe your organisation needs, why we’re recommending it and how the different elements fit together. The objective is a clear way forward—not selling activity for activity’s sake.

Communication You Don’t Have to Chase

Helpful, responsive communication is one of the qualities clients mention repeatedly. We keep conversations moving, provide updates and remain available when questions, changes or new requirements arise.

One Team Takes Ownership

With more than 30 years of practical delivery and key capabilities in-house, we can maintain greater control from brief to completion – helping projects keep moving when timescales are tight.

Everything Pulls in the Same Direction

Branding, websites, campaigns, video, design, print and signage can all be coordinated through one connected team. Every output can contribute towards the same brand, audience and commercial objective.

Creative Work Built to Do a Job

Good creative should be more than decoration. Whether the goal is clearer communication, a stronger brand, more enquiries or a successful rollout, the work begins with what needs to change and is shaped around that outcome.

Our Story

A Lancashire Creative Agency Built to Make Ideas Work Everywhere

Media Village started in Lancashire in 1996 as a print and design business. That production background taught us something many creative agencies never have to learn: an idea is only as strong as the way it is made, applied and delivered.

As clients needed more ways to build and communicate their brands, Media Village grew into a full-service creative and branding agency. Print and graphic design were joined by brand strategy, web design and development, photography, video production, animation, marketing, signage and audio visual solutions.

Today, our brand specialists, graphic designers, web designers and developers, photographers, videographers, marketers and production teams work together from our Altham base. An idea can move from brand discovery to website, campaign, content, print or physical rollout without losing its direction along the way.

Good to Know

Questions Before We Get Started?

What if we know the outcome we want but not which service we need?

That’s completely normal. Start by telling us what needs to change – whether that’s generating more enquiries, launching something new, strengthening your brand or communicating more clearly. We’ll assess the wider situation and recommend the creative response that makes the most sense.

Can you bring several services together within one project?

Yes. Many projects combine capabilities such as branding, website design, video, photography, marketing, print and signage. Our teams can plan these elements together so they share the same objective, identity and audience rather than becoming disconnected pieces of work.

Do we need to use Media Village for everything?

No. You can come to us for one clearly defined requirement, several connected services or ongoing creative support. We’ll work around what your organisation genuinely needs rather than forcing every client into the same package.

How much does it cost to work with Media Village?

Costs depend on the service, scope, timescale and level of support required. A one-off print job, website, video and integrated campaign naturally involve very different inputs. Once we understand the requirement, we’ll provide a clear quotation. If you have a fixed budget, tell us early and we’ll advise what is realistically achievable.

How long will our project take?

That depends on the work involved, the availability of content and how many stakeholders need to approve it. Some design and print requirements can move quickly, while branding, websites and video projects require more planning. We’ll agree a realistic schedule before work begins and identify anything that could affect delivery.

Can you help when we’re working to a tight deadline?

Often, yes. Clients regularly trust us with time-sensitive projects, and our in-house capabilities give us greater control over production and delivery. Tell us the fixed deadline and required outputs as early as possible so we can confirm what can be delivered without compromising the work.

Is the work really handled in-house?

Our core creative and production capabilities operate within Media Village, including branding, graphic design, website design, video, photography, animation, marketing, print and signage. This helps us maintain communication and consistency while reducing unnecessary handovers between separate suppliers.

Can you work alongside our internal team or existing suppliers?

Yes. We can lead the complete project, provide a particular specialist capability or work as an extension of your existing marketing and communications team. We also support other agencies with production and white-label delivery where required.

Who does Media Village work with?

We support SMEs, national brands, schools and colleges, councils, public-sector organisations, charities, multi-site operators, internal marketing teams and other agencies. Projects range from individual creative requirements to major rebrands, websites, campaigns and nationwide rollouts.

Do you only work with organisations in Lancashire?

No. Media Village is based in Accrington and works extensively across Lancashire and the North West, but we also support clients and deliver projects throughout the UK. The right delivery approach will depend on whether the project requires meetings, photography, filming, installation or physical distribution.

What happens after we contact you?

We’ll begin with a conversation about your organisation, audience, current situation and what you want to achieve. From there, we’ll identify the right next step, gather anything needed to define the brief and provide a recommended scope, timescale and quotation.

Start With The Goal

Tell Us What Needs to Change

You don’t need a finished brief or know which service to request. Tell us what you want to achieve and we’ll help shape the right next step.
